Renting – Terms and Conditions

To sign a contract with us, you will need your Passport, your Driver’s License and a Credit Card.

You also need to be over 21 and a more than a year old driver. If you are unable to meet our requirements, a deposit will be required which will be refunded to you upon returning the car and all of the adjacent accessories in good working condition and entirety.

The payment and deposit will need to be paid in advance, based on the current National Bank of Romania’s (BNR) exchange rate. Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% commission fee.

For a guaranteed reservation, the client will need to pay one day’s rent in advance – said rent varies with respect to car type. If the client decides to cancel the guaranteed reservation, the payment made in advance will not be refunded.

The requested deposit upon renting a car will be refunded to you entirely, upon receiving the car and all adjacent accessories in good working condition and entirety.

The deposit we ask from you is used as a means to repair or otherwise replace damaged interiors or exteriors of the car, missing accessories or keys. In case the registration for the car is lost, the cost to replace it is of 100 euro.

We are not providing the fuel for the car - it is the client’s responsibility. All cars have full tanks and it is expected that the cars be returned with full tanks. If the car is not returned with a full tank, a fee of 5 RON/liter will be required. Oil change and general maintenance of the vehicle is also customer’s responsibility.

Delivery and return of the vehicle is to be made on the date and at the location provided by the customer, which is also recordedin the Renting Contract. The delivery and returning of the vehicle can also be made at custom locations, subject to owner’s agreement to such location and tariff.

The duration of the Renting Contract can only be extended with the agreement of the owner.

When returning the vehicle, a late fee of half a day’s rent is required if the vehicle is returned within three hours of the contract specified return date and time. A late fee of a day’s rent is required if the vehicle is returned 3 or more hours later than the contract specified return date and time.

In case of an accident, all damage to the car - client's fault or not - is insured. The customer will only lose the deposit. Deposit rates are available in our pricing list under "WARRANTY DEPOSIT”.

Also, it is mandatory to report the accident and have the Police assess the damage. The Police will then release the Damage Assessment and Repair Authorization – which are crucial in the process of making an insurance claim. Reporting the accident is mandatory in all cases – customer’s fault or not, if the client is not the only one involved in the accident, if the responsible party is guilty of a hit and run, or parking lot damage. If the customer does not obtain the Damage Assessment and Repair Authorization, he/she is responsible for the repair cost of the car.
